Strapped down; held against your will
Powerless; bound like an animal.
The shock runs through you like a bullet
The electricity sizzles through your skin
You can feel your blood boiling in your veins,
And you're screaming, struggling,
Bracing yourself for the volts of electricity that you pray won't come
And you wonder how someone could do this to you.
It's inhumane, torture.
All so that you can forget what you've done.
And you don't even deserve it,
The luxury of forgetting.
If I can't sleep at night,
Why should you?
Powerless; bound like an animal.
The shock runs through you like a bullet
The electricity sizzles through your skin
You can feel your blood boiling in your veins,
And you're screaming, struggling,
Bracing yourself for the volts of electricity that you pray won't come
And you wonder how someone could do this to you.
It's inhumane, torture.
All so that you can forget what you've done.
And you don't even deserve it,
The luxury of forgetting.
If I can't sleep at night,
Why should you?
